In reply to @SpringStreetNYC · Nov 15, 2025Okay, posting like this - without fear of what others may think - feels better than any note-taking tool I've ever used. I love Obsidian. And Notion. And even my own DIY apps. But this here, this Twitter-thingy. Wow. What a thrill.
I think it took me almost 20 YEARS to figure out Twitter.
I remember going to this podcast conference in 2006 at Hotel Pennsylvania. And one of the companies there was called Odeo. They were nice guys and I thought that was a really good name but podcasts were kinda whack.
A few weeks later they launched Twitter and I registered soon after. I made the mistake to pigeon-hole it along the lines of Dodgeball (probably because of the SMS part) though and didn't think much of it since. LOL.
