One of our best, best, best person on our team is a 22 y/o junior who joined last year.
I asked HR how/where we found him and they're like "we didn't; he found us and he kept calling until we hired him."
I worked with him on one project after which I am still convinced that he could, maybe even should, run the company in a few years. Amazing.
