Even for myself: when I use AI for something I'm already really good at (e.g. writing software for 25 years) it has turbo-charged me, 100% no doubt, unstoppable.
And equally, when I try to "cheat" and use AI for something, like graphic design, that I suck at, the output is soooo hideously, obviously, amplified by 100X worse than of I had just tried to do it manually.
