it’s like watching a real life play where you don’t get to hear any of the plot. you just see faces, gestures, movement, & little moments between strangers. pure visuals.
this calibrates your brain in a way almost nothing else does in terms of how you see / observe the world & how you parse truth. sometimes i leave home without my phone just so i’m forced to sit somewhere & watch the world pass by.
@signulll New York is great for that. My new favorite for sitting and watching is Marseille though.
